This week a wonderful flurry of mixes have landed in my inbox with some exceptional music contained within them.

First up is from Tiago Miranda who’s been treating us with his releases and remixes on labels such as Italians Do It Better, Disco Devil, Ene, Hands of Time, Rong Music, Eskimo, Claremont 56 and many more. Tiago’s remixes, edits and productions have been praised and supported by Rub N Tug, Lovefingers, Justin Vandervolgen, Tim Sweeney, DJ Harvey, James Murphy, Jim Stanton, DJ Chida, DJ Garth, Foolish Felix, Force Of Nature, DJ Kaos, DJ Alex, Gavin Russom, Andrew Weatherall and many many more. His release Motorcycles featured on my June 2010 mix.

Tiago has been DJing for over 12 years at the infamous Lux club in Lisbon [ Portugal ] where his legendary sets often run into 7 hours or more. When Tiago isn’t DJing across the world on regular tours he can be found playing percussion with his band Gala Drop.
