Mojofunk aka Mark Jones picked up on Disco and Funk back in 1977 thanks to him mother who was a dedicated collector from an early age, who’s tastes varied from anything to anything though rhythm was very much at the centre, having rather a large impact on Mojofunk’s musical tastes.
In 1978 he started buying records himself once he took his first part time job and was a regular collector of Disco twelves and albums. Mark continues to collect up to the present day having also played on pirate radio then moving on to run his own station in the late 1980′s, early 1990′s.
Thanks to a friend it was recommended he do a mix-tape and put it online and this is where Cosmic Disco comes in.
