DJ Russo - Analog Space

Great music is great music and here at Cosmic Disco we like to present sounds mixed and compiled by those you may have yet to hear from. Via our new ‘Dropbox’ facility we have already had some really strong productions and mixtapes sent to us and to kick things off we have DJ Russo who showcases his ‘Analog Space’ mix for Cosmic Disco.

Russo initially crafted this mix to promote his monthly Analog Space parties that are held at the Cozy Medowlark Bar in Denver, Colorado, each month handing out copies of the latest mix to the first 50 people through the door. This mix represents not only the sweaty disco party the guys like to throw but the eclectic downbeat vibes they throw into the mix.

Mixed by 31 year old DJ Russo aka Derek Russo, born in Washington, now residing in Boulder, Colorado, Derek DJ’s a few times a week whilst cultivating his other passion for fine wines. Derek is currently concentrating on a number of original productions and is inspired by a number of local DJ’s, of course the surrounding Rocky Mountains and scouring the web for new and old music.
