Some Friday mixage from our good friend Dan English.
This is the first mix I’ve done in a while due to not having much of a home setup for recording mixes. I chose old and new tracks that I’m into at the moment while also trying to fit in a wide variety of genres.
Though the mix was done in Ableton i tried to play the full tracks rather than editing them and chopping loads of stuff together. I feel that this is important as I like to play tracks which have been made well enough to keep the listener hooked throughout.
For me that is more of a reflection of a true DJ. I hope you enjoy this insight into a colourful music selection.
