We’ve been keeping our eye on this one for a while and it’s release is finally upon us.

Conrad Schnitzler is widely considered as one of the figureheads of European, avant-garde electronica as a member of both Tangerine Dream and Cluster, predating not only Kraftwerk but DAF and at 71 years of age is still making music to this very day.

DJ Mooner provides remix duties on this 4 track release. (Both vinyl and digital downloads are available)

Extremely difficult to find the originals, Mooner has selected what are four ‘Cosmic Club’ classics and done an excellent job in re-editing and re-mastering them for our aural pleasure. Regular readers will no doubt know DJ Mooner but for those out of the loop he was responsible for Zombie Nation’s ‘Kernkraft 400′ which became a top 10 smash in several European countries, compiled the Elaste: Slow Motion Disco long player (Compost Records) and together with POLLYester has recently established countdown label ‘Love in C-Minor’.

We’ve already purchased our 12″ vinyl copy which is available now via Mooner’s fantastic ‘Erkrankung Durch Musique‘ stable. Try before you buy by listening to the samples, purchase direct or even via ITunes.
