Hidden Depths Hits Manchester

San Miguel \'Hidden Depths\' hits Manchester!

Hidden Depths invites artists to curate their own individual night, bringing a collection of guest performers who have inspired them both past and present. These bespoke events offer more than just a great line up as they aim to reveal a little more about today’s most intriguing artists.

Following a highly successful launch in 2007, San Miguel’s ‘Hidden Depths’ returns this summer for a series of one off events in both London and Manchester. Events kicked off on 26th June at London’s Soho Revue Bar and Manchester sees Belgian duo - The Glimmers, play Joshua Brookes on Thursday 10th July, 2008. For those in London you can catch up with SecretSundaze on 31st July (T-Bar), Chromeo on 21st August (The End) and finally It’s Pop It’s Art and Fred Deakin on 18th September (The Amersham Arms).

In addition to The Glimmers there will be a stellar, top secret line up of acts added to the bill, the details of which are only released when you enter the venue. Cosmic Disco have had a little tip off and well, let’s say you won’t be disappointed! ;-)

The only way you can get your mitts on these tickets is by registering over at the San Miguel website. Head over for more details…

The Glimmers

Cosmic Disco has managed to get our hands on two signed copies of the highly anticipated Glimmers CD - ‘The Glimmers Are Gee Gee Fazzi’, which we will be giving away in conjunction with the ‘Hidden Depths’ series of events. To win a copy of this CD simply register yourself to the Cosmic Disco forum (If not already!) and in the ‘Intercommunication’ section you will find a ‘Hidden Depths’ sticky thread.

Post a message in this thread to enter where the winning member will be selected at random on 10th July.

Get yourself signed up for tickets and no doubt we’ll see you there. Cosmic Disco will be doing our darndest to get an interview (And a mix…?) from The Glimmers so keep posted to the website for updates.
