Resolution 1 : Submit more blog posts.
Resolution 2 : Get even more great guest mixes.
Resolution 3 : Do more of our own mixes.
Resolution 4 : Develop ‘Supermax’ look (this is Simon’s personal resolution).
Happy New Year cosmic people, just a quick post to update you on the plans for 2008 as they stand.
First up - the Makin’ Music Podcasts should be back and with you within the fortnight.
Studio timing issues and a festive family visit/eating/watching Sinbad marathon pretty much wrote off any chances of it getting done in the last month or so.
Secondly, just to let you know that we have plenty of superb guest mixes for you to look forward to in the next few weeks (As if the festive mix splurge wasn’t enough we have Fre$hro, Mike Simonetti, Hatchback, Wally Badarou coming very soon!) thanks to Simon’s, borderline stalker-esque, MySpace antics.
Also look out this week for a Downtempo Disco affair from one of British Deep House’s biggest legends and, whisper it, a new mix from Niles (maybe).

The Hair style thing is secondary to him.
Although I suspect he draws power from it, not unlike a modern day samson.

There’s not many winter festivals out there so it should give you a clue.
Saying that, more spring that winter but winter themed anyways…

Nice one Simon. Me and Sarah are playing at a tiny little festival in aid of Oxfam called Bearded Theory in May. At this stage, I think we will be playing from our 7″ singles collection so it will be from pop to punk with a fair dash of recent stuff like the Dynamics. I think we have three sets over the weekend.
