After David Hasslehoff, DJ Mooner is one of the most respected figures in the German music industry. He’s so important, the German ministry decided to name an industry after him! Find out more here – Mooner Industries. He’s even had a smash UK chart hit for chrissakes!

In addition to basically shaping the German underground art/music scene, Mooner also manages an exciting new band called POLLYester who sound like the bastard, mongrel offspring of ESG and The Sparks.

Basically they are brilliant – Go check them out, their album is due for release early next year so make sure you pick it up. Trust us, you won’t regret it.

Dompteur Mooner was even responsible for the amazing Elaste Vol.1 – Slow Motion Disco compilation that was released on Compost last year (Vol.2 12″ sampler now available) upon which he gave us an excellent Cosmic mix.

As a result we have been harassing him for some new music ever since.

This mix is recorded live from 29.11.07 where Mooner played at Favorit Bar, Munich.
