To Serve:
· Download and place mix onto a fresh (Slightly warmed) compact disc
· Insert disc into player of choice (Separates/PC/Mini System etc.)
· Select CD
· Press play setting the volume to +10
· Enjoy

Method:
· Select 20 of the finest slo-mo electronica, Balearica and afro-percussive ingredients (As listed above)
· Place individual ingredients onto turntable platter, pressing start
· Adjusting tempo slider accordingly until beat-matched, slip cue at appropriate phase in currently playing track and slide faders to gradually bring in the required ingredient
· Wait until ingredient is cooked and bring to the boil
· With new ingredient, repeat the above until end
· Serve as described
